The Model 400 Heavy Duty Swing Gate Operator is specifically designed for situations needing maximum versatility, such as apartment, subdivision, commercial & industrial, and certain residential applications.

• Perfect for situations needing up to 125 degrees of swing

• Models available with locks in the opened and/or closed positions

• Operator is mounted inside the gate but still allows gate to open to the inside or outside

• A convenient manual release is standard

• The versatile FAAC control panel allows for six operating logics, including garage-door-like operation and a HOLD OPEN function

• A battery back-up unit is available

• One 14 x 16 in. weather resistant UL Listed fiberglass enclosure

• Two photobeam sets for opening and closing reversing devices
