These ladders are commonly required on commercial and industrial properties to provide roof access for maintenance workers. This ladder was custom built to satisfy the exact specifications of engineered drawings and codes. Attached to the wall with stainless steel threaded rod set with two part structural anchoring epoxy and constructed of acid washed bare aluminum, this ladder will never require any maintenance or service.
