New Automatic Gate System with Telephone Entry

A while back we completed a new install for a client with some cool ideas! We have the best electronic gate technicians in Jacksonville and a large custom ironwork shop downtown, so we can do pretty much anything you can imagine. For this client, he had some beautiful hand made wooden gates shipped to Jacksonville all the way from California that we just couldn’t say no to installing and pairing with a complete access control system (typically we don’t install gates not made by us). We worked with the client’s landscape contractor to build the custom fence panels that sit between the stone columns and to set our steel posts absolutely perfect to hang our gates. A new install like this is really when customers realize the advantages of going with Access Control Jacksonville and our parent company, Edwards Ornamental Iron. Our gate technicians work to install the gate operators and access controls while our ironworkers take care of the fence and gates. In this case, we installed FAAC hydraulic operators onto this gate (due to the very heavy load they will be experiencing) and coupled them with a DoorKing telephone entry system with a magnetic vehicle sensor for free exit and photo beams for safety.
